The cushion plunger is a spring-structured device mounted on the side of the riser, designed to absorb the lateral impact applied to the arrow at the moment of release and to control its center movement.
It consists of a plunger tip, an internal spring, and a tension adjustment screw. When the arrow pushes against the plunger, the spring compresses and then rebounds, guiding the arrow back toward the center.
In short, the cushion plunger is an essential piece of equipment that controls left–right arrow movement, enhancing flight stability and shooting consistency.
